Much as I pretty much love all food, I have a real love of sugar that's virtually bordering on addiction. Since being back on the plan however I've found that's beginning to get manageable. That said, I still need to have sweet food to hand. Here's a list of the things that I know are low points, but really tasty. Please add!

Tunnocks tea cakes - 2 pnts for 1, 3.5 for 2!
Tunnocks snowball - 1.5 points
Anything by skinny cow
WW desserts (get them in farm foods for £1!)
Tesco crispy slices
Go Ahead yogurt break - 2.5 points per pack
pink'n'whites - 0.5 points each
cadbury's double decker - 4.5 points
tesco maple cereal bar - 1 point
WW cookies - 1.5 per pack
Large snackajack caramel - 0.5 points

I tend to stick to high cocoa percentage chocolate as one piece does the trick and I don't want any more after that! xx

I do the same as you Ros - and dark chocolate gives you a real hit.

Great isn't it....I love dark chocolate more than anything anyway....so I get what I want, but can't manage too much of it! I'd marry whoever invented the stuff! lol

Oh me too - I love it, but it's the one thing you really can't indulge in. Mmmm, might reach for a piece from my desk drawer now we're talking about it!
